基于ANSYS的偏心蠕動式轉(zhuǎn)子泵轉(zhuǎn)子強(qiáng)度剛度計(jì)算與分析
摘要:蠕動轉(zhuǎn)子是偏心蠕動式轉(zhuǎn)子泵的關(guān)鍵零件,轉(zhuǎn)子的所受應(yīng)力大小,變形情況與泵的性能、效率及產(chǎn)品壽命密切相關(guān)。本文根據(jù)偏心蠕動機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動特性,分析了轉(zhuǎn)子瞬時時刻的受力以及約束情況;并根據(jù)偏心蠕動式轉(zhuǎn)子泵實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),計(jì)算和分析了泵排液過程中的六個工況點(diǎn)。基于ANSYS有限元軟件,對非金屬材料的聚甲醛轉(zhuǎn)子強(qiáng)度、剛度進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算及分析。將為偏心蠕動式轉(zhuǎn)子泵可靠性設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù)。

Rotor’s Intensity and Stiffness Calculation of Eccentric and Squirmy Rotor Pump Based on ANSYS

Abstract: Squirmy rotor is a key part for eccentric Squirmy Rotor Pump, the stress magnitude and deformation condition of rotor is closely related to pump’s performance, efficiency as well as its life cycle. This paper analyze instantaneous forth and constraint of the rotor according to the motion Characteristics of eccentric Squirmy mechanism. Then a numerical simulation calculation for Polyoxymethylene(POM) rotor’s Intensity and stiffness is carried out based on ANSYS finite element software which may provides the basis for reliability design of eccentric and squirmy rotor pump.
