英國(guó)GRIMM格林進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)隔膜泵概述：
進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)隔膜泵是英國(guó)格林研制開(kāi)發(fā)的新三代氣動(dòng)隔膜泵，采用壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力源，是一種由膜片往復(fù)變形造成容積變化的容積泵。具有質(zhì)量可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、噪音底、震動(dòng)小、永不死機(jī)、做工精細(xì)等六大優(yōu)點(diǎn)，即能抽送流動(dòng)的液體，又能輸送一些不易流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、潛水泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵和雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機(jī)械的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

1、壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力。
2、是一種由膜片往復(fù)變形造成容積變化的容積泵，其工作原理近似于柱塞泵，由于隔膜泵工作原理的特點(diǎn)，因此隔膜泵具有以下特點(diǎn)：
⑴隔膜泵不會(huì)過(guò)熱：壓縮空氣作動(dòng)力，在排氣時(shí)是一個(gè)膨脹吸熱的過(guò)程，氣動(dòng)泵工作時(shí)溫度是降低的，無(wú)有害氣體排出。
⑵隔膜泵不會(huì)產(chǎn)生電火花：氣動(dòng)隔膜泵不用電力作動(dòng)力，接地后又防止了靜電火花。
⑶隔膜泵可以通過(guò)含顆粒液體：因?yàn)槿莘e式工作且進(jìn)口為球閥，所以不容易被堵。

2、流動(dòng)寬敞，通過(guò)性能好，允許通過(guò)最大顆粒直徑達(dá)9.4mm。抽送帶泥漿、雜質(zhì)時(shí)，對(duì)泵磨損甚微。
3、揚(yáng)程、流量可通過(guò)氣閥開(kāi)度實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)(氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在1～7bar之間)。

6、可以浸沒(méi)在介質(zhì)中工作。
7、使用方便、工作可靠、開(kāi)停只需簡(jiǎn)單地打開(kāi)和關(guān)閉氣體閥門，即使由于意外情況而長(zhǎng)時(shí)間無(wú)介質(zhì)運(yùn)行或突然停機(jī)泵也不會(huì)因此而損壞，一旦超負(fù)荷，泵會(huì)自動(dòng)地停機(jī)，具有自我保護(hù)性能，當(dāng)負(fù)荷恢復(fù)正常后，又能自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)運(yùn)行。
