進口液下渣漿泵,浸入液下,是英國格林開發研制的新一代高效耐磨節能型立式渣漿泵,該系列采用國際上先進的固液兩相流理論,按最小損失原則設計,其過流部件的幾何形狀符合介質的流動狀態,減少了渦流和撞擊待局部與沿程水力損失,從而減輕了過流部件的磨損,搞高了水力效率,降低了運行噪音和振動,該系列泵過流部件采用高硬質高鉻合金材質,其材質具有高抗磨、抗腐蝕性、搞沖擊性性能,從而使其壽命提高。
進口液下渣漿泵是立式單級單吸懸臂式離心泵結構,葉輪為半開式葉輪,在葉輪吸入邊延伸處設有攪拌葉片。
該泵主要用于環保、市政工程、火力發電廠、加氣混凝土、煤氣焦化廠、煉油廠、煉鋼廠、采礦、造紙業、水泥廠、食品廠、印染等行業抽吸濃液、稠油、油渣、污濁液、泥漿、灰漿、流砂及城市排污溝道的流動污泥,以及含有泥砂渣物流體和有腐蝕性液體。GRYW型還可抽吸各種人畜糞便污水和大中沼氣池,沼氣工程時出料使用。GRYZ(S)型還可輸送高溫(500℃)的煤油、原油、瀝青、油渣等工況。
