進(jìn)口立式軸流泵主要由水泵本體部分和傳動(dòng)部分所組成。
1、水泵本體部分:
泵軸采用優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼制成,它籍上下兩只橡膠(或塑料)軸承來(lái)支撐。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中,提供了用來(lái)潤(rùn)滑軸承的良好條件,泵軸上端的一只軸承,因多半高出水面,所以在填料函(或密封蓋)上裝一短管,提供啟動(dòng)前灌輸清水潤(rùn)滑該軸承之用(待啟動(dòng)出水后,灌水即可停止)。軸承頸部是一優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼的軸套,表面涂有硬鉻,以提高耐磨性和抗蝕性。其它主要零件如:喇叭管、葉輪座、葉輪外殼、導(dǎo)葉體、軸承座、填料座和聯(lián)軸器等均用鑄鐵制造,出水彎管為鋼焊件。填料裝有填料,以提高泵的密封性。
水泵葉輪的轉(zhuǎn)向,從吸入口看,為逆時(shí)針?lè)较?從上向下看為順時(shí)針?lè)较?。水泵的葉輪外殼(或連于導(dǎo)葉體、進(jìn)水喇叭上)與葉輪兩相鄰表面,均呈球形面,這樣保證了葉片在任何安裝角度時(shí),葉輪外圓與葉輪外殼之間有很小的間隙,以減少回流水量損失。
根據(jù)使用需要,該型水泵可按:“工作性能表”增速或降速使用或調(diào)節(jié)葉片的安裝角度,變更流量及揚(yáng)程,擴(kuò)大使用范圍。葉片采用優(yōu)質(zhì)球鐵制造,葉輪均經(jīng)靜平衡校正出廠。葉片用葉片螺母(或葉片緊圈)緊固于葉輪座上,葉片與葉輪座相鄰表面刻有角度線。水泵出廠時(shí),葉片之安裝角度一般為“零”度,用戶(hù)可根據(jù)需要,按照工作性能表自行調(diào)整葉片安裝角度。安裝前,用戶(hù)必須將葉片螺母重新緊固一次,以防松動(dòng)而發(fā)生事故。
2、水泵傳動(dòng)部分:
根據(jù)各地區(qū)的動(dòng)力情況及用戶(hù)使用需要,在訂貨時(shí)應(yīng)確定傳動(dòng)方式,立式軸流式水泵的傳動(dòng)有三種方法。
(1)立式電機(jī)直接傳動(dòng)裝置:
電動(dòng)機(jī)借螺栓緊固于電機(jī)座上,傳動(dòng)軸一端借尼龍柱肖聯(lián)軸器與電動(dòng)機(jī)聯(lián)接,另一端用剛性聯(lián)軸器與水泵聯(lián)接,傳動(dòng)軸系優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素鋼制成,其它零件如電機(jī)座、軸承盒、軸承蓋底座等均用鑄鐵制成。水泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),其全部軸向力(即水泵葉輪上的水壓力和全部水泵轉(zhuǎn)子重量之總和)均由電機(jī)座(或軸承座)內(nèi)裝的軸承來(lái)承受。水泵轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向位移可借傳動(dòng)裝置內(nèi)的螺母來(lái)調(diào)整,這樣就使整個(gè)水泵機(jī)組簡(jiǎn)化,安裝維修方便可靠。
(2)立式電機(jī)三角皮帶傳動(dòng)裝置:
立式電機(jī)用螺栓緊固于機(jī)架上,機(jī)架緊固于導(dǎo)軌上,通過(guò)螺栓使機(jī)架能在導(dǎo)軌上滑動(dòng),以調(diào)整皮帶松緊。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中的徑向力,由皮帶輪及電機(jī)上的徑向軸承承受。
(3)立式半交叉平皮帶傳動(dòng):
皮帶輪以鑄鐵制造,固定在軸承座與螺母間而安裝在傳動(dòng)軸上,傳動(dòng)軸的徑向力和水泵傳動(dòng)零件的重量和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的軸向力等均由球軸承支承。
3、泵的支承:
泵的本體重量(除去轉(zhuǎn)子部分)由支撐泵體的基礎(chǔ)或梁承受,泵的轉(zhuǎn)子部分,傳動(dòng)裝置(包括主傳動(dòng)部分和動(dòng)力機(jī))的重量和泵的軸向力均由支撐傳動(dòng)裝置的樓面基礎(chǔ)承受。
4、傳動(dòng)軸:
軸流泵的傳動(dòng)軸,不宜過(guò)長(zhǎng),否則會(huì)給安裝維修帶來(lái)困難。為此對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸的長(zhǎng)度作出規(guī)定,并依規(guī)定供應(yīng),用戶(hù)訂貨時(shí),要根據(jù)安裝圖規(guī)定的“L”尺寸選用,進(jìn)行泵房設(shè)計(jì)。

1.Pump body part:
The pump shaft is made of quality carbon steel and is supported by two rubber (or plastic) bearings. (1)Vertical motor direct drive device:

(2)Vertical motor V-belt drive:
The vertical motor is fixed on the frame by bolts, the frame is fastened on the guide rail, and the frame can slide on the guide rail to adjust the tightness of the belt by the bolt. The radial force during operation is supported by the belt pulley and the radial bearing on the motor.
(3)Vertical half crossing flat belt drive:
The belt pulley is made of cast iron, fixed between the bearing seat and the nut, and installed on the transmission shaft. The radial force of the drive shaft, the weight of the driving part of the pump and the axial force of the operation are all supported by the ball bearing.
3.Pump support:
The body weight of the pump (excluding the rotor part) bearing supported by the foundation of the pump body or beam, the rotor part of the pump, the transmission device (including the main drive part and power machine) the axial force of the weight and the pump are borne by the floor support transmission device.
4.Drive shaft:
